Our neighborhood has become overwhelmed with rabbits. Our Black Lab used to do a good job of keeping the population in check but it’s been 2 years now since she’s died. It is so true about how fast they multiply. I was told I couldn’t kill them but could trap them and take them off our island but I could do anything with them then. We used to buy domestic rabbit in a local grocery store in VA but have never had wild rabbit. That was a little long winded for this request but, does anyone have cooking suggestions for rabbit?
